Title: Planning and Analysis swimmers training in the basic stage Objectives: The aim of the study was to experimentally applied training plan for swimmers in the basic stage of sports training. At the same time through achieved performance at selected competitions verify the effectiveness and validity of the implemented plan. Methods: In this work we used the method of experimental applications training plan. The method of indirect observation of the diagnostic techniques in swimming flume. The method of direct observation techniques for the implementation of training. Furthermore, for the diagnosis of swimming techniques was designed and used tables for qualitative analysis of swimming styles. Comparison method were compared to selected indicators of general training and the achieved performance swimmers. And lastly, was also used the method Conconi test for the detection of physiological parameters in stress tests. Results: We found that the training program was effective. Has improved the technical level swimmers and achieved performance improvement in swimming competitions. The test subjects were also monitored parameters VO2 max. In during the training plan was found at one swimmer improvement, and at the second swimmer decrease. Keywords: swimming training, basic stage training, swimming technique,...
Comparison of general and specific training indicators of athletes included in the SCM system in cycling and triathlon (case study)
Řenč, Tomáš ; Šafránek, Jiří (advisor) ; Kovářová, Lenka (referee)
Title: Comparison of general and specific training indicators of athletes included in the SCM system in cycling and triathlon (case study) Objectives: The thesis aim is to compare the capacity of training in general and specific training indicators of representative cyclists and triathletes in the junior category and in the category up to 23 years. Methods: We have used qualitative and quantitative methods in our thesis. Both general and specific training indicators have been processed in Excel program using the graph tools. Comparison between cyclists and triathletes through the conversion of triathlon kilometres to cyclistic kilometres has been portrayed using a line diagram. The analysis of training diaries and training indicators has also led us to search for the main differences in the training capacity of cyclists and triathlets. Results: We have found out that specific and general training indicators between cyclists and triathletes vary. We have also found out that in the category up to 23 years there is increasing tendency of the training capacity. Keywords: Triathlon, cycling, training indicators
Combined event training

Author: Bc. Eliška Klučinová Title: HEPTATHLONIST'S TRAINING Objectives: The main objective of this work is to evaluate my own performance development in relation to the training completed. This work is focused mainly on the year 2014, in which the Czech record was broken. The second objective is to compare and evaluate the composition of the training under the guidance of three different coaches and to evaluate the entire career of the heptathlete. Methods: This work uses methods of analysis and comparison. Results: The analysis of performance development discloses a gradual increase in performance in relation to the training completed. During the analysis of the training macrocycle 2013/2014, possible causes of the increase in performance were found, especially in the explosive strength training. When comparing individual coaching approaches certain insufficiencies and advantages in the composition of training and training methods were revealed. A power-oriented training was the most suitable considering my somatotype. Conclusion: In my career, I managed to reach my maximum in European and world competition (3rd place EAICH 2015, 4th place WAICH 2018, 7th place WACH 2013). The main limits, due to which I did not achieve better results, were mainly insufficient level of speed skills and health...
Analysis of the current state of training records in triathlon
Smažinka, Dalibor ; Kovářová, Lenka (advisor) ; Bílý, Milan (referee)
Name: Analysis of the current state of training records in triathlon Objectives: Find out the forms of collection, registration and analysis of training data among contemporary triathletes in Czech Republic. Methods: The method of searching domestic and foreign sources was used in the work to create a longitudinal overview of the forms of collection, registration and analysis of training from history to the present. Subsequently, research was conducted in the form of a questionnaire survey on a sample of triathletes in order to determine the actually used functions of these tools (Survio application, CAWI method). 184 respondents completed the survey (return rate 64.8%); 77.2% of men and 22.8% of women aged 37.2 ± 11.97 years. The research group was selected by purposeful selection among hobby and elite triathletes in Czech Republic (72% of hobby and 28% of elite). Results: The rate of using the electronic form of monitoring and recording data from training and competitions is higher for the elite group of triathletes. (elite 93,8%, hobby 81%). At the same time, this group monitors data in their training more often than in the race and uses the training plan more often than hobby triathletes. The advanced features offered by the applications are used almost identically by both groups. The use of...

Lanková, Lada ; Gnad, Tomáš (advisor) ; Chrástková, Martina (referee)
Title: The comparison of the training preparation of cross-country skiers in distance and long-distance races. Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to compare and evaluate the training preparation and the applied training means of two selected long-distance and the distance cross-country skiers. Methods: The case study, in which we will use the method of literary research, the data analysis method and the data comparison to evaluate the training preparation of the long-distance and the distance competitors. Results: By comparing the records of distance and long-distance cross-country skiers' training indicators, we conclude that the training of the long distance racer achieves larger volumes than the distance racer. Another surprising finding was the lower load intensities in training preparation of the distance competitor compared to the long-distance competitor. TITTLE Analysis of the dolphin swimmer's four-year training session. AUTHOR Bc. Štěpán Šetek DEPARTMENT Department of physical education SUPERVISOR PaedDr. Irena Svobodová ABSTRACT The theme and aim of the work is to analyze the four-year training cycle of a swimmer specializing in bowling discipline. In the theoretical part, the work is devoted to the characteristics of swimming performance, swimming skills, swimming method of butterflies and its history and last but not least to the training process in swimming. The research part of the thesis deals mainly with the documentation of swimming training. Examiners' training records are recorded, which show the training process from four annual training cycles from 2006 to 2010. The general ones are studied with special indicators and their influence on the observed swimming disciplines. Conclusions could be a guide for trainers in how to change the preparation and thus improve the performance of their wardens. Novák, Emil ; Vomáčko, Ladislav (advisor) ; Brtník, Tomáš (referee)
Title: The Structure of Performance in Snowboardcross and Training Objectives: Aim of the bachelor thesis is to suggest and justify conception of snowboardcross training work record, to attempt answering these questions: what to record, register and evaluate to be able to use all the information in next training cycles of the Olympic discipline Snowboardcross. Methods: We used the interview method to compile all convenient questions in questionnaires. The questionnaire method gave us information about the sport performance structure in snowboardcross. We applied the method of analysis to compare results, the test battery, the anunal work load indicators, the somatic factors and the races results. Results: On the basis of the evoluated data we found that the most important factor in snowboardcross training is technique. This factor depend on somatic factors which must be adapted to condition factors. Psychological factors are specific to each racer and their training must be based on individual needs. .
